By using this website you agree to your personal information being used as described in my Privacy Policy. Whenever you provide me with your name and email address, you agree to allow your details to be added to my database and mailing list so that I may contact you regarding my products and services. You may request at any time to be removed from this mailing list by contacting me.

I reserves the right to modify, withdraw or restrict access to all or any part of this website, and its products, and services without notice. I will not be liable for any loss or damage should you not be able to access this website for any reason and for any period of time.
I may terminate your registration or access to any product or service if, in my opinion, you breach these terms; commit any illegal, dishonest or fraudulent act; behave in a way that might harm my reputation; breach any intellectual property rights. I shall not be required to provide you with a refund or other compensation in these circumstances..
Payments
You will be required to pay for your Product or Service by cash or Credit Card in full, prior to the commencement of the service.
All prices displayed on this website and fees charged by me are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exempt from GST. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or when requested as part of my satisfaction guarantee (see below). Prices are subject to change without notice.
I am not responsible for charges or foreign exchange rates applied by your Credit Card Company and/or financial institution.
When purchasing from me, your card details are transmitted through a secure server using industry standard SSL encryption and your Credit Card data is not hosted or stored by me after processing. An electronic receipt will be issued via email upon successful payment.
If your purchase was for personal tutoring services, I will contact you within 3 business days of payment, via email and / or telephone, to provide you with further details.
Refunds & Guarantee
I offer a satisfaction guarantee when you elect to receive personal tuition services from me. I guarantee that if at the end of your lesson, you are not satisfied, the lesson will be free of charge. You must inform me of your dissatisfaction within 12 hours of receiving your lesson. In the event that you have pre-purchased a block of lessons, I will simply add another lesson (without cost) to your block.
Lifetime limit of 1 free lesson per client.
You may cancel your enrollment in any tuition or service I provide at any time by contacting me. In the event that you withdraw from a service or pre-paid lesson plan, I shall not be required to provide you with a refund or other compensation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, text, images, graphics, videos and logos on this website are the property of Alexander Brougham Flood. You may only download, store and print this content for your own home, personal and non-commercial use. Any other use of this website's content without prior written authorization from us may violate copyright or trademark laws and may lead to prosecution or litigation.
You may not distribute, publish, on-sell or post to any other website any content, resources, images or videos available on this website or provided to you as part of your product or service.
