When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on my website, I encrypt that information using SSL. When Credit Card details are collected, I simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. I never store Credit Card details. I follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to me, both during transmission and once I receive it.
I use PayPal and Stripe for online credit card transactions. Both providers processes millions of dollars of online credit card transactions for merchants all over the globe and provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe's bank-grade data centre.
You should be aware that sending personal information via regular email may not be entirely secure. If you prefer to keep communications completely private, do not use regular email.

I will never share, rent, lease or sell your personal details to any other third party (other than my approved service providers as described above) without your consent.
Under certain circumstances, I may be required by law to disclose personal information (e.g. court orders, subpoenas, search warrants)..
In the event that my business is purchased by or merged with another business, I reserve the right to transfer your personal information to the new trading entity. This new entity will also be required to comply with the terms of this policy.
