I will collect personal information such as your name and email address so that I may contact you regarding my products and services.

I will use your personal information to inform you of my products and services and to deliver any products, services that you have purchased or elected to receive.

I use other service providers to provide services on my behalf. These include the processing and delivery of emails and processing credit card transactions; These other businesses are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. I do not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Some of the service providers I use are located outside of Australia. Please note that personal information in the custody of these service providers may be subject to access by the law enforcement authorities of those jurisdictions in which the service providers are located.

Those tools include services from Facebook and Google that help me to tailor my content, products and services to better suit consumers and customers. The security of your personal information is important to me. I take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is kept safe from loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on my website, I encrypt that information using SSL. When Credit Card details are collected, I simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. I never store Credit Card details. I follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to me, both during transmission and once I receive it.
I use PayPal and Stripe for online credit card transactions. Both providers processes millions of dollars of online credit card transactions for merchants all over the globe and provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

Payments are PCI-compliant
No transaction data is stored on my servers.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe's bank-grade data centre.

You should be aware that sending personal information via regular email may not be entirely secure. If you prefer to keep communications completely private, do not use regular email.

Disclosing your Personal Information
I will never share, rent, lease or sell your personal details to any other third party (other than my approved service providers as described above) without your consent.

Under certain circumstances, I may be required by law to disclose personal information (e.g. court orders, subpoenas, search warrants)..

In the event that my business is purchased by or merged with another business, I reserve the right to transfer your personal information to the new trading entity. This new entity will also be required to comply with the terms of this policy.
